Andrea Mabellini, at the wheel of a Renault Clio Rally4, is the leader of ERC4, the FIA ERC category for front wheel drive drivers. At the end of the first stage, the Italian has an advantage of 3.7 seconds over the Frenchman Anthony Fotia who, in an identical car, even took the lead of the category after the second stage through Graminhais. If Soria is behind in ERC4, he is, however, the first in Clio Trophy by Toksport. He is followed by the Italian Giorgio Cogni, 30.2s from the lead.
