One of the teams in the 57th Azores Rallye is Team Além Mar, a structure which, using the technical service of Rego Jr., provides support to the duo Luis Miguel Rego/Jorge Henriques in Skoda Fabia Rally2 Evo. Team Além Mar, as we know it, was born in 2008 and is based in Ponta Delgada. In the race organized by the Grupo Desportivo Comercial, its composition does not change and involves around ten members.
Besides the person responsible for managing the tea, there will be an engineer and four mechanics and a technician whose responsibility is to make the refuelling in the area created for this purpose by the organization. In the service park, the team will occupy an area of around 120 sqm and will also include an element responsible for catering and hospitality, and personnel in charge of logistics and transport. The team will have at its disposal a truck, equipped with kitchen and toilet, a van to support the service and transport personnel, and a reconnaissance vehicle.
