Description
This special stage recreates, in reverse, much of the old Pico da Pedra special stage, famous for its huge jump towards the end of SS. It got its start in Caminho dos Arcos, traveling to the jump zone in reverse, thence along the Batalha Golf Course and come to finish in the Beirais of São Vincente. It is a demanding special stage where competitors driving qualities determine the success of formations competing in.

ZE 9 – “S. Vicente” – Rua dos Barões (N37 48,963 | W25 39,388) Curves at 90º one on land and another on asphalt after the bridge.
– From Ponta Delgada Av. Infante D. Henrique – exit to Nascente
– At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit towards “Capelas / Aeroporto”
– Follow in the surroundings, go to “HOSPITAL / CAPELAS” and keep always in the right lane in the direction “CAPELAS”. – Kms to zero “- and keep on the main road. : At 5,20 km, go straight towards “S. V. Ferreira “. Next to the bus stop, pass on the extension line of the end of the PE, always keeping on the main road.
– At 6.30 km, turn right and keep on Main Street.
– At 8.00 at the end of the street turn right, to “Rua do Outeiro”.
– At 8.35 km in the church, turn right.
– Keep on the main street.
– At the junction of Rua do Cemitério, turn right and then right onto RUA DOS BAROES.
ATTENTION: Spectators at designated high places. NEVER AT THE LEVEL OF THE ROAD.
